Andrew Venturelli was born in Passaic, New Jersey in 1961 and raised in neighboring Clifton. He graduated from Clifton High School in 1979, William Paterson University in 1983 and The University of Akron School of Law in 1989. After graduation, he defended physicians sued for medical malpractice and learned first hand how insurance carriers defend cases.
After realizing he only wanted to help injured victims of negligence, he relocated his practice to Passaic, briefly working with Weiner & Ryan before opening his own office in 1991. Since the inception of the practice, Mr. Venturelli has recovered millions of dollars for pain & suffering, lost wages, medical bills and other compensation for those injured. During that time frame, Mr. Venturelli has never handled matters for insurance companies.
This office provides personal service. Unlike other firms, Andrew Venturelli will be the only person who manages your claim, he will handle all aspects of litigation, and negotiate a settlement. If necessary, Andrew Venturelli will also handle the trial to verdict. Your matter will not be delegated to a paralegal or associate.
Andrew Venturelli is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Passaic County Bar Association, American Trial Lawyer’s Association-New Jersey, and the American Association for Justice.
